Brand Guidelines

Serving as the brand ambassador and guardian in my role at Arrive, I refreshed the company’s brand and identity guidelines and  introduced a new digital asset library solution, which allowed me to seamlessly share the rules and guidelines to over 2,000 employees. This new tool also allows me and my team to keep a clean and organized design shop that is easy to evolve and distribute, as well as to track asset usage and keep up with the demand and needs of the business.

Using several key plugins and custom code, I have increased Arrive’s website pageviews by 159%. The implemented design and development changes have fundamentally improved the user experience, reduced time to market, and enabled the marketing team to constantly iterate and create custom experiences for specific campaigns in short timeframe.

Market Update

Through design and development updates, I have increased page viewership by 62% of this cornerstone marketing resource that was previously rigid in its design. I improved the user experience by restructuring the content as well as adding an intractable table of contents that ultimately enhanced scroll depth.

Intranet Site

Project summary 

During my first 6 months at the company I have solely designed and developed an intranet to host and manage company-wide documentation, including, HR, SOP, legal, marketing, IT, etc. 

Challenge

As a symptom of rapid success and hyper-growth, Arrive suffered from a lack of proper hosting and management of company-wide documentation and solely relied on Google Drive’s shared folders and file permissions for distribution. Arrive was looking for a $100k/yr+ solution, a lengthy process of RFP, and 6+ months implementation.

Solution 

While the RFP process was in progress, I proposed an intranet site using the same CMS and plugins as the external facing marketing site with a less than a month timeline. After presenting a successful pilot to the stakeholders, I have lead the collection and organization of all assets and developed and designed the site within 1 month.
